ABSTRACT

@#Objective To investigate the effects of mercury on T lymphocytes and serum immune indexes of workers with Methods occupational mercury exposure. A total of 45 workers with occupational mercury exposure were selected as the , mercury exposure group and 47 workers without occupational mercury exposure were selected as the control group using the judgment sampling method. Cold atomic absorption spectrometry was used to detect the urinary mercury level of the two groups. ( ) +, + +, + + - + Flow cytometry was used to detect the proportion of cluster of differentiation CD 3 CD3CD4 CD3CD8 and CD3CD19 , - ( - ) - ( - ) cells in peripheral blood and the levels of tumor necrosis factor α TNF α and interleukin 8 IL 8 in serum. The levels of ( ) , Results immunoglobulin Ig A IgG and IgM in serum were measured by immune nephelometry. The urinary mercury level of ( : vs ,P ) individuals in the mercury exposed group was higher than that of the control group median 92.7 13.2 μg/g Cr <0.01 . The +, + +, - + proportion of CD3 CD3CD4 CD3CD19 cells in peripheral blood and serum IgG level in the mercury exposed group ( P ), - - ( P ) decreased all <0.05 and the serum TNF α and IL 8 levels increased all <0.01 compared with the control group. Urinary - + mercury level was negatively correlated with the proportion of CD3CD19 cells in peripheral blood and serum IgG level in the [ (r) , , P ], study subjects Spearman correlation coefficient S were −0.21 and −0.31 respectively all <0.05 and positively - - (r , , P ) , correlated with serum TNF α and IL 8 levels S were 0.36 and 0.39 respectively all <0.05 . However the urinary mercury ( P ), +, + +, level was neither correlated with IgA and IgM levels in serum all >0.05 nor with the proportion of CD3 CD3CD4 + + ( P ) Conclusion CD3CD8 cells in peripheral blood all >0.05 . Occupational exposure to mercury can lead to abnormal , changes in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets B lymphocytes and serum immune factors in workers. The mercury load of occupational mercury exposure workers may impact their immune function.

ABSTRACT

Dacryocystitis is a common ophthalmic disease, and the main treatment of it is to abandon the obstructed nasolacrimal duct and create a new lacrimal drainage pathway through implanting a tube.For now, its pathogenesis is understood very limitedly.It is widely accepted that many factors take part in its occurrence, among which obstruction and infection play important roles.Recent researches have shown that there is lacrimal drainage-associated lymphoid tissue (LDALT) which changes remarkably in dacryocystitis, and significant differences in cytokines expression levels in tears between dacryocystitis patients and normal control have been found.In addition, the lacrimal duct has reactions similar to immune rejection to the silicone tube.All of these indicate that immune factors participate in the pathogenesis of dacryocystitis.Changes of immune tissue and macromolecular substances including the LDALT, cytokines, local tissue and cytokines after tube implantation were reviewed to analyze the changes and possible roles of immune factors in the pathogenesis of dacryocystitis.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the effect of human tumor suppressor folliculin (FLCN) on the expression of melanocyte chemokines (MC) mediated by immune factors in vitiligo.Methods:The MC of vitiligo patients that received autologous melanocyte transplantation in the Department of Dermatology, Hangzhou Third People′s Hospital from January to April 2019 were collected. The blister fluid of the white spot and the normal part was taken. Western blot was used to analyze the expression difference of MC and FLCN protein in normal, vitiligo patients and that induced by immune factors; FLCN shRNA lentivirus was constructed by shRNA and transfected into normal MC (FLCN shRNA MC) to interfere with the expression of silenced FLCN gene. The effect of immune factors on chemokines in FLCN shRNA MC was detected by ELISA.Results:The results of Western blot showed that FLCN protein was highly expressed in melanocytes of vitiligo patients, immune factors stimulated FLCN protein expression in normal melanocytes significantly increased ( t=1.27; P<0.001), chemokine CXCL10 and CCL20 also significantly increased ( t=104.53 and 60.21, respectively; P<0.001). The expression of FLCN in FLCN shRNA MC was significantly decreased ( F=1.95, P<0.001); and the high expression of CXCL10 and CCL20 induced by immune factors was significantly inhibited ( F=93.676 and 74.096, all P<0.001). Conclusions:Immune factors can stimulate the expression of CXCL10 and CCL20, which are closely related to vitiligo, while FLCN is a key protein involved in immune factors inducing melanocyte chemokine expression.

ABSTRACT

Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) polymorphisms are associated with animal and human diseases. However, only a few studies have reported an association between MHC polymorphisms and mycoplasma ovipneumonia (MO). In the present study, three resistance/susceptibility genotypes associated with MO were identified by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism genotyping, assessing the clinical and pathological features, and examining the immune factors. The current results showed that MvaI bb and HaeIII ee were dominant genotypes in the susceptible Hu population, while MO-resistant populations, Dorper and D 9 H hybrids, were dominated by the MvaI cc and HaeIII dd genotypes, suggesting that MvaI cc and HaeIII dd genotypes might be associated with the trait of MO resistance. Further, the clinical symptoms and pathological morphology in the susceptibility group infected with MO were more severe than those in the resistant groups infected similarly. The data on the changes in the immune factor responses were utilized to deduce the molecular mechanism underlying the MO resistance/susceptibility. The results showed that the susceptible genotypes promote the inflammatory responses by inducing a high expression of TNFa, IFNc, IL-4, IL-6, and IL-1b, while the resistant genotypes inhibit the inflammatory response by increasing the expression of IL-2 and IL-10 significantly. This finding would provide the theoretical guidance for propagating sheep breeds that are highly resistant to MO.

ABSTRACT

Aim To investigate the effect of acteoside on the changes of immune function and aging process in SAMP8 mice via detecting the proportion of immune cells and the changes of immune factors. Methods Sixty male healthy SAMP8 mice and twelve SAMR1 mice were randomly divided into six groups. They were administered by gavage once a day for 90 days. Aging scoring test was conducted regularly. The immune cells and immune factors in plasma and liver were detected. Results Compared with model group, acteoside could increase CD4+lymphocytes in SAMP8 mice and effectively inhibit the increase of CD8+lymphocytes; it played a greater role in spleen than in peripheral blood. At the same time, Thl/Th2 was significantly reduced in model group, and the ratio of Thl/Th2 factor increased in low and medium dose group. Conclusions Acteoside can increase the number of helper lymphocytes, effectively inhibit the increase of killer lymphocytes, and regulate the dynamic balance of Th1 and Th2 type immune inflammatory factors in SAMP8 mice, so as to improve the immune function of the body and delay the aging process of the body.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To investigate the effects of Shoutai pills (a traditional Chinese medicinal preparation) on immune functions and oxidative stress in pregnant rats exposed to di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP).@*METHODS@#Thirty-six mature female SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (=12). After pregnancy was confirmed, the rats were given 10 mL/kg corn oil +10 mL/kg saline (control group), 500 mg/kg DEHP+10 mL/kg saline (model group), and 500 mg/kg DEHP+10 mL/kg Shoutai pills (treatment group). At 19 days of gestation, the rats were sacrificed and the fetal rats were weighed and the numbers of live and stillborn fetal rats were recorded. Serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-2 (IL-2), tumor necrosis factor-ɑ (TNF-ɑ), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) levels were detected. The appearance, color and quality of the placenta in each group were recorded, and the placental tissues were examined pathologically. The total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH- Px), catalase (CAT), reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the placental tissues were measured.@*RESULTS@#Compared with the control group, the rats with DEHP exposure showed slow weight gain in the middle and late gestation period and significantly lower fetal weight ( < 0.05) with lowered serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-ɑ, increased estradiol level ( < 0.05), decreased placental T-AOC, GSH-Px, SOD and CAT levels, and increased ROS and MDA levels ( < 0.01). Compared with the model group, the rats treated with Shoutai pills had significantly increased weight gain in mid and late pregnancy and greater fetal weight ( < 0.05) with significantly increased serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels, decreased estradiol level ( < 0.05), slightly increased TNF-ɑ expression (> 0.05), increased placenta T-AOC, GSH- Px and CAT levels, decreased MDA level ( < 0.05), and slightly increased SOD and decreased ROS levels (>0.05). No significant difference was found in progesterone levels among the groups (>0.05). HE staining showed that the trophoblast in the placental tissue sponge in the model group was loose and irregular with numerous vacuoles. In the treatment group, the structure of the placenta remained intact with clearly visible labyrinth zone, sponge trophoblast and giant cell trophoblast, and the cell distribution in each layer was better than that in the model group.@*CONCLUSIONS@#Shoutai pills can regulate the immune function of DEHP-exposed pregnant rats possibly by antagonizing the estrogenlike effect of DEHP and regulating serum immune factors; Shoutai pills can also reduce placental tissue damage and improve pregnancy outcome by correcting DEHP-induced imbalance of oxidative stress in the placental tissues.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) in serum and gingival crevicular fluid in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its correlation with chronic periodontitis (CP).@*Methods@#From March 2017 to July 2018, 26 patients with RA and CP [CP+RA group, (54.9±6.5) years old, 4 males and 22 females], 22 patients with RA only [RA group, (49.6±11.7) years old,5 males and 17 females] in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University, 22 patients with simple CP in the Department of Stomatology, Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University [CP group, (51.4±12.5) years old, 8 males and 14 females] and 18 generally healthy controls in Physical Examination Center of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University [group H, (49.4±9.1) years old, 8 males and 10 females] were recruited. There were no significant differences in age and sex ratio amongst 4 groups. Patient′s general status, probing depth (PD) , clinical attachment loss (CAL), sulcus bleeding index (SBI), simplified calculus index (CI-S) and simplified debris index (DI-S) were recorded in 4 groups. Samples of serum and gingival crevicular fluid were collected from patients of each group, and the expression levels of MMP-3 in serum and gingival crevicular fluid samples were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate, rheumatoid factor, anti-cyclic citrulline peptide antibody and C-reactive protein were detected in the serum of subjects in RA group and CP+RA group. Correlation analysis was conducted between MMP-3 expression level and periodontal indices amongst 4 groups. The results were statistically analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 software package.@*Results@#The indices of CAL [(4.12±1.13) mm], SBI (2.58±0.64) and DI-S (2.65±0.69) in CP+RA group were significantly higher than indices of CAL [(3.00±0.00) mm], SBI (2.59±1.05) and DI-S, (2.36±0.49) in CP group (P<0.05); The expression levels of MMP-3 in serum samples of CP+RA group [(1 1645.6±6 903.4) μg/L] and CP group [(9 337.0±6 719.0) μg/L] were significantly higher than that of RA group [(2 389.9±1 320.3) μg/L] and H group [(1 493.5±292.1) μg/L] (P<0.05). The expression level of MMP-3 in gingival crevicular fluid samples of CP+RA group [(164.4±45.3) μg/L] was significantly higher than that of CP group [(84.6±92.5) μg/L], RA group [(49.0±18.1) μg/L] and H group [(20.4±6.3) μg/L] (P<0.05), respectively. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate, rheumatoid factor and anti-cyclic cirullinated peptide antibodies levels in the CP+RA group were significantly higher than those in the RA group (P<0.05). The expression level of MMP-3 in serum is positively correlated with PD (r=0.45, P=0.04) and the expression level of MMP-3 in gingival crevicular fluid is positively correlated with CAL (r=0.58, P<0.01).@*Conclusions@#The levels of MMP-3 in serum and gingival crevicular fluid of patients with RA and CP were significantly increased. MMP-3 may be associated with the development of CP and RA.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the immune mechanism in the systemic lupus erythematosus MRL/lpr mice at different months of age, and to provide the basis for research of its pathogenesis. Methods 3-,4-,5- and 6-month old female MRL/lpr mice, and wild type C57 female mice were used in this study, 10 mice per each group. Their organ coefficients were determined. ELISA was performed to detect the serum levels of double stranded DNA(ds-DNA) antibody. The interleukins IL-2,IL-4,IL-17 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in spleen tissue were detected. Flow cytometry was used to assess the content of spleen lymphocyte CD3 cells and CD4/CD8 cell ratio. Results Compared with the 3-month old wild-type C57 mice,the spleen coefficient,the blood concentration of ds-DNA antibody,IL-2 and TNF-α in the 3- to 6-month old MRL/lpr mice were significantly increased(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the concentrations of interleukin IL-4(P> 0.05). The blood concentration of IL-17 in the 5- and 6-month old MRL/lpr mice was significantly lower(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01)than that in the 3-month old MRL/lpr mice. The rest indexes of MRL/lpr mice showed no obvious changes or significant difference in the mice at different ages. Compared with the 3-month old C57 mice,the spleen CD3 lymphocyte concentration in the MRL/lpr mice was significantly decreased(P< 0.01). With the increasing age, the CD3 lymphocyte concentration and D4 +/CD8 +cell ratio in the MRL/lpr mice were decreased, however, showing a non-significant difference(P ﹥0.05). Conclusions The data obtained in this study indicate that 3-month old lupus MRL/lpr mice have already immune injury,increasing with the increase of age of the mice.

ABSTRACT

Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil and its effect on immune factors after cervical cancer surgery.Methods Ninety patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery were ran-domly divided into three groups with 30 patients in each group in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from January 2016 to June 2017.The indexes of assessment were visual assessment of visual analog scale(VAS)pain assessment and postoperative adverse reaction at 2,12,24 and 48 h after operation.The levels of CD4,CD8,IL-1,IL-6,CD4/CD8 and PGEs in the serum at 12,24 and 48 h after operation were measured.Results The VAS scores in the A group were significantly lower than those in the B and C groups dur-ing 12 and 24 h after operation(P<0.05).But there were no significant differences in the levels of CD4,CD8,IL-1,IL-6,CD4/CD8 and PGEs amongst the three groups(P>0.05).The levels of IL-1 and IL-6 at 2,12 and 24 h after operation were significantly higher than those in the baseline(P<0.05).However,the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 in the C group was significantly higher than those in the A and B groups(P<0.05).Compared to before operation,the ratio of CD4/CD8 was decreased and the level of PGE2 was increased in the three groups after operation.After 24 h operation,the ratio of CD4/CD8 in the B group were significantly lower than that in the C group(P<0.05).The level of PGE2 at 12 h after operation was significantly increased in the B and C groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of flurbiprofen axetil and sufentanil in the laparoscopic surgery of cervical cancer can improve postoperative analgesia and reduce adverse reactions,effectively reduce the secretion of inflammatory mediators and minor affect on cellular immune function.

ABSTRACT

Objective To Investigate the immune status and influencing factors of provincial polio network laboratory (PNL) workers in China so as to provide evidence for the development of related strategies to protect personnel working at the PNLs.Methods All the practitioners from the PNLs at the provincial centers for disease control,were selected as objects for this study,from October to December,2016,under a questionnaire survey.Information on status of immunity and influencing factors was collected,with SAS software,trend chi-square used for statistics analysis.Results A total of 77 workers were involved in this survey,with 60 (78%) of them completed the polio-based immune program but the rest 17 (22%) remained records unclear.66 people (about 86%) remembered clearly that they had received vaccination when engaging in the polio-lab work,but the rest 11 (14%) with only partial vaccination records.We also noticed that the Influencing factors realted to vaccination status were:age (x2 =2.48,P<0.05),title (x2 =2.51,P<0.05),years of employment (P<0.000 1),education (x2 =0.74,P=0.46) and gender (x2 =0.46,P=0.50).Conclusion Immune status of the Chinese provincial PNL practitioners appeared fairly good as 86% of all the workers had received polio-related vaccination,with 41% of them completed a 3-time inoculation program,when started working in this field.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To investigate the effects and underlying mechanism of polysaccharides from Radix Saplshnikoviae on the immune factors in rats with allergic rhinitis induced by OVA.Methods: Firstly, 0.3mg OVA, 30mg Al(OH)3 and 1ml saline were mixed and intraperitoneally injected for the initial immunization, and then 200μg OVA (4%) was given once a day by nasal dripping since the 15th day for the second immunization to establish the allergic rhinitis model.Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into the allergic rhinitis (AR) model group, the polysaccharides from Radix Saplshnikoviae (600 mg·kg-1, 300mg·kg-1, 150 mg·kg-1) groups, the positive (Biyankang, 400 mg·kg-1) group and the normal control group.After the 14-day intragastric administration, blood was collected from abdominal aorta and serum was obtained.The levels of immune factors and inflammatory factors in serum were examined by radioimmunoassay.Results: The positive group and the polysaccharide groups could inhibit the typical symptoms of allergic rhinitis including sneezing, nasal scratching and running nose in varying degrees, and alleviate the inflammatory reaction symptoms.After the drug intervention, the positive group and the polysaccharide groups could down-regulate the expression of immune cell factors IL-4, TNF-A, VCAM-1 and IL-5, enhance IL-12 and INF-γ expression levels, and suppress the generation and release of inflammation factors IgE, HA, LTC4 and PGD2, and the differences were significant when compared with the model group (P<0.05).The dose-effect relationship was not too obvious among the polysaccharide from Radix Saposhnikoviae groups respectively at high, medium and low dose, and the high dose group was best among them.Conclusion: The polysaccharides from Radix Saplshnikoviae exhibit curative effect for AR, which can down-regulate the serum levels of IL-4 and IL-5, up-regulate the serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-12, adjust Th1/Th2 lymphocyte subsets balance and body immune response and reduce nasal mucosa allergic inflammation, and the underlying mechanism may be related with reducing the generation and release of immune factors in AR induced by OVA.

Objective To investigate the effects of perinatal maternal infection of hepatitis B virus on neonatal umbilical cord blood immune factor and lymphocyte subsets,and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of neonatal hepatitis B.Methods A total of 110 cases of neonatus in Pengzhou People's Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to whether the pregnant women were infected with hepatitis B virus in perinatal period or not,each group had 55 cases.Neonatus umbilical cord blood were taken to detected serum immune globulin A (IgA),G(IgG),M(IgM) and lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD19+,and the two groups' neonatal hepatitis B infection,lung infection,the incidence of jaundice and survival were compared.Results The observation group's neonatal IgA and IgM were respectively(0.46±0.12) and (0.68±0.23)g/L,which were significantly higher than those of the control group[(0.21±0.08),(0.68 ± 0.23)g/L],the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance in IgG level between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group's CD4+/CD8+,CD3+,CD4+ were significantly higher than those of the control group,CD19+ was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences had statistical significance (P< 0.05).There was no statistical significance in CD8+ (P>0.05).The observation group's neonatus survival rate was 96.36 %,which was lower than that of the control group(100.00 %),but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The observation group's hepatitis B infection rate,pulmonary infection rate,incidence of jaundice were 41.82 %,29.10 %,10.10 %,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(9.10 %,7.27 %,0.00 %),the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Perinatal pregnant women infected with hepatitis B virus could sharply increase the level of IgA and IgG,increase the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,reduce the proportion of CD19+,affect neonatus immune function,and are more susceptible to viral infection.

Objective To Investigate the immune status and influencing factors of provincial polio network laboratory (PNL) workers in China so as to provide evidence for the development of related strategies to protect personnel working at the PNLs.Methods All the practitioners from the PNLs at the provincial centers for disease control,were selected as objects for this study,from October to December,2016,under a questionnaire survey.Information on status of immunity and influencing factors was collected,with SAS software,trend chi-square used for statistics analysis.Results A total of 77 workers were involved in this survey,with 60 (78%) of them completed the polio-based immune program but the rest 17 (22%) remained records unclear.66 people (about 86%) remembered clearly that they had received vaccination when engaging in the polio-lab work,but the rest 11 (14%) with only partial vaccination records.We also noticed that the Influencing factors realted to vaccination status were:age (x2 =2.48,P<0.05),title (x2 =2.51,P<0.05),years of employment (P<0.000 1),education (x2 =0.74,P=0.46) and gender (x2 =0.46,P=0.50).Conclusion Immune status of the Chinese provincial PNL practitioners appeared fairly good as 86% of all the workers had received polio-related vaccination,with 41% of them completed a 3-time inoculation program,when started working in this field.

ABSTRACT

?AIM:To analyze the clinical features of Terrien marginal degeneration ( TMD) .?METHODS:Fifty-six patients(90 eyes) admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as observation group.At the same period, 56 healthy (88 eyes) for corneal examination were as control group to analyze the clinical features of TMD. With immunohistochemistry and enzyme linked immunoassay method ( ELISA), the levels of HLA-DR, HLA-DQ and tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) in blood samples of TMD patients were tested.?RESULTS:The transparent degree of the eye, lipid deposition in TMD patients with early, advanced, swelling and hole-wearing period were significantly different (χ2=10.85,χ2=65.32, P<0.05).Astigmatism in TMD patients with early and advanced, swelling and hole -wearing period were significantly different (P<0.05).The levels of HLA-DR, HLA-DQ and TNF-αin blood samples between the two groups were significantly different ( t=45.326, t=23.564, t=19.86, P<0.05).?CONCLUSION: Terrien's marginal degenerative is an inflammatory disease characterized by increased levels of TNF-α, HLA-DQ, and HLA-DR in peripheral blood, decreased corneal transparency, astigmatism and lipid deposition.This research provides experiment evidence for the mechanism of TMD.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of aminophylline and pentoxyverine on serum CRP, monocyte chemotaxis protein 1(MCP-1) and serum immune factors in elderly patients with sleep apnea syndrome .Methods 112 elderly patients with apnea syndrome were divided into the control group and the experiment group by order of medical treatment and 56 cases in each group.The control group were treated by rosiglitazone hydrochloride tablets and bay three ramie snore capsule and the experiment group were treated on the control group with Aminophylline Tablets and Pentoxyverine Citrate Tablets.Follow up 3 months, the CRP, MCP-1,IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-8 and IL-10 were tested and compared.Results Compared with the control group after treatment, the CRP,MCP-1,IFN-γand IL-8 level were lower(P <0.05),the IL-4 and IL-10 level were higher(P <0.05).Conclusion Aminophylline and pentoxyverine can be effective in treatment of elderly patients with apnea syndrome and its complications , suggesting that the mechanism may be related to reduce the patients serum CRP, MCP-1, IL-8 and IFNγ-levels, is related to the increasing of the levels of IL-4, IL-10.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of celecoxib on serum biochemical parameters in rheumatoid arthritis patients and its clinical effect and safety assessment.Methods 92 cases of rheumatic arthritis were selected and divided into two groups.46 cases in control group were treated with methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine sulfate, and 46 cases in experitment group were treated on the basis of control group with celecoxib.The serum osteoprotegerin ( OPG) levels and related biochemical parameters, efficacy evaluation by doctors and self evaluation of patients and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment, the serum levels of IL-1, IL-6, CRP, C3, C4, RF, IgA, IgG and IgM levels after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups ( P <0.05 ) , OPG serum level after treatment group was lower than that before treatment in experiment group ( P <0.05 ) , but there was no significant difference in control group.The above indexes in experiment group in experiment group were lower than those in control group after treatment.The efficacy evaluation by doctors in experiment group was 86.96%, which was higher than 69.57% in control group(χ2 =4.09,P<0.05), and efficacy self evaluation by patients was 84.78%, which was higher than 65.22% in control group (χ2 =4.70,P<0.05).The adverse reactions in experiment group was 13.04%, which was significantly lower than 45.56% in control group (χ2 =11.79,P<0.01).Conclusion Celecoxib could significantly improve clinical symptoms and physical sign and serum biochemical markers, and reduce adverse reactions in rheumatoid arthritis patients, which is an effective and safety treatment.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the impact of early enteral nutrition on the prognosis of severe head injury patients.Methods According to the different nutritional therapy,160 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were randomly divided into two groups using random digit.Two groups of patients were all given similarly conventional methods,the observation group were given early enteral nutrition therapy,the control group were given routine nutrition.CD3+,CD4+,IgE,IgG immune factors were observed after treatment for 10d.Results 10d later,the serum IgG,IgM,IgA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional nutrition group(t =2.18,3.42,11.23,all P < 0.05),IgE was significantly lower than that in the conventional nutrition group (t =4.76,P < 0.05) ;The serum T-lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+ level in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional nutrition group(t =21.41,5.38,all P < 0.05),the incidence of complications of the observation group was 23.75%,which was significantly lower than 55.00% in the conventional nutrition group(x2 =4.73,P < 0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition therapy can significantly improve the immunity of severe head injury patients,reduce complications,thereby improve the prognosis and the patient's quality of life.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the relationship between changes of the concentration of IL -12,IL-4,IFN-γwithin cervical local immune microenvironment and cervix infected with HPV 16,58,to understand the prevalence of physical status of HPV 16/58 DNA into the host genome in cervical lesions of different grades and to detect the relation between the integrated state of virus and the progress of cervical lesions.Methods: Detecting 89 cases of cervicovaginal lavage fluid and 140 cytological specimens of the cervix which from patients having had HPV-DNA genotyping assays and coming from the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from 2012.8 to 2013.5.89 cases of cervicovaginal lavage fluid were divided into 58 cases of HPV16 (+) and 31 cases of HPV58(+).Cytokines IL-12, IL-4, IFN-γin the cervical microenvironment were detected by ELISA assay.140 cases of cervical exfoliated cells were divided into 106 cases of HPV16(+) and 34 cases of HPV58(+).Using qRT-PCR to quantify the copy number of E2 and E6 genes and analyze the physical status of HPV 16/58 DNA according to E2/E6.Results:①The level of IL-4 in HPV16(+) was significantly higher than that in HPV58(+)(P<0.05).The levels of IL-12 and IFN-γwere lower than that in HPV58(+)(P<0.05).②Significant differences of DNA state were found between the groups of HPV 16(+) and HPV58(+)(P<0.05)and the rate of HPV16 DNA integration was significantly larger than that of HPV 58 DNA.Conclusion:The infection of HPV16 and HPV58 not only can lead to reduction of IL-12,IFN-γand increasing of IL-4 in cervical local immune microenvironment but also lead to viral integration in cervical cells,resulting in cervical lesions and cervical cancer through the internal and external changes in cervical cells .HPV16 is more likely to cause cervical cancer tissue than 58.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the adjustment of interleukin II combining lifein for CD+4 T lymphocyte, Th1 and Th2 of patients with malignant tumor. Methods CD+4 T lymphocyte were measured by flow cytometer. Th1 lymphocyte and Th2 lymphocyte were measured by ELISA. Thirty- eight patients with malignant tumor were enrolled in the study. Interleukin II were administered at the dose of 500 000 U, i.h Qd, from day 1 to day 5. Lifein were administered at the dose of 10mg/d, i.m Qd, from day 6 to day 21 or form day 6 to day 27. The count of CD+4 T lymphocyte, Th1 lymphocyte and Th2 lymphocyte were studied before treatment, 2 weeks and 1 month after treatment. Conduct ANOYA using SPSS software. Results The expression of CD+4 T lymphocyte in patients as with increase tendency. The counts of Th1 lymphocyte, Th2 lymphocyte and Th1/Th2 were not significantly different after treatment. Conclusions The dose of this treatment could enhance the count of CD+4 T, but it could not adjust the count of Th1 lymphocyte, Th2 lymphocyte. The target of treatment about interleukin II combining lifein for patients with malignant tumor is CD+4 T lymphocyte's other subsets.
